This walk was introduced by our guide Tim and has only been done once before. So it’s almost like a new walk!
Today Toby will take you from the restaurant of Puertas del Cielo along a very old goat’s path under a cliff with great views. We then walk to a ruin of a house, through an active spring with running water and small terraces which in the past were watered from the source. We make our way down to the water near some boat houses, across rocks and up through the woods to the biggest and best kept cal oven on the island.
This trail was discovered by a family friend of Tim, Bill Moffit, in the late 60’s. He took Tim’s parents there and ever since he calls it Bill’s Paradise.
