This amazing walk will take you on a adventure with secret paths & beaches. You are guaranteed to get your feet wet, as part of the coastal path has been washed away, so wear shoes/sandals that you are happy to get wet or bring some rubber shoes!

There is also a swimming opportunity at a very remote beach, where we can cool off. Naor will explain the history of this secret cove that includes a lovely house complete with boat houses, which hold a secret that changed the direction of Ibiza!

Once we have walked around the cove we will head upwards learning about the forest fire that passed this way in 2010 and see how the wildlife and trees have made a great comeback.

MEETING POINT:
We’re meeting at Cala Xarraca beach, from there it’s a short drive to the start point of the walk.

RATING: MEDIUM+
Approx. 8 kms and about 4 hours. It’s a walk with some boulder hopping and a short section where you have to get wet feet/legs in the sea. Bring shoes you don’t mind getting wet or extra sea shoes.

WHAT TO BRING:

Walking
-A small backpack so your hands are free
-At least 1.5 litres of water
-Some snacks to keep you going
-Good foot wear that has been worn in
-Sunblock if required
-Sun hat if required
-Swimming gear
-Light shower coat, just in case (in the winter months)

We have walking poles available to assist you if required.

e-Biking
-Everything in a backpack so your hands are free
-Good trainers suitable for biking
-Gloves suitable for biking if you have them
-1.5 liters of water per person
-Sunglasses
-Light wind stop / shower coat

DOGS:
If you have a lovely well trained dog which is also socialized please bring them along. They will need to be on a lead on the roads & some of the beaches.

INSURANCE:
We have liability insurance, but do not have medical insurance – this is your responsibility.

GUIDES:
All our guides are trained and have the ability to lead groups, they all carry a first aid kit and use walkie talkies to keep in contact with a back marker to make sure the group stays together and are safe. We also have strict departure and return procedure to ensure everyone is accounted for.

The trip and your safety is your responsibility and you must ensure you are covered for this prior to coming on the walk.
