Event Details

The perfect start to your week: our Monday Mindful walk. This walk combines the pleasure of walking with various simple mindfulness exercises, to help you connect (more) to nature, yourself and all of your senses. The walks are short and easy with several stops along the way in which we practise grounding, meditation, breathing, silence, earthing and awareness. The exercises are simple enough so that everyone can do them. It’s a wonderful and beneficial preparation to be more present, calm and connected for the rest of your week.

On this walk we’re passing rugged coast, a monument in memory of a huge forest fire and a hidden bay with a house with a dark history. Interesting places to go inwards, become aware of our senses and practice Mindfulness.

This week Patrick will be your guide and so you will be able to experience his amazing shamanic drumming.
