The planets are back! During the last months, the planets were only seen before sunrise, but now they are visible again at night: Saturn, Jupiter and Mars!
With Etienne’s explanation, we will learn to tell a star from a planet and get an idea of the crazy distances in space.
The constellation of Pegasus is now up, and we will have a glimpse at our closest neighbour galaxy, Andromeda!
With lots of information and a laser pointer, we do our “skywalk”: naming stars, planets, constellations and zodiac signs.
We will spend approx 2 hours, including a short walk.
Please bring a torch as we’ll be walking in the dark, as well as something you can sit or lay down on when looking at the sky.
