3-hours of forest trails and ancient history – unbeatable value.
Starting from the beach of Cala Sant Vicente we will walk on the original old pilgrim’s path all the way up to the Cova des Culleram, an ancient Phoenician-Punic sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Tanit, who is still worshipped on Ibiza today.
Enjoy stunning views, hear about the history of Tanit and take some time to explore the surroundings of the cave and leave an offering if you like.
After visiting the cave, the walk continues further through the quiet countryside, following small paths that gradually lead us back towards the coast. This section of the route opens up to some truly spectacular viewpoints over the cliffs and the sea, a wild and less-visited part of northern Ibiza. From here we follow the coastline back towards Cala Sant Vicente, eventually descending to the wide sandy bay where the walk began.
Tour Details
- Time: 10:00 (approx. 3 hours)
- Distance: 7km
- Rating: Medium – due to a steady climb up to the cave on a steep rocky path with loose stones underfoot (where we will take it easy).
- Meeting Point: Cala San Vicente on the promenade in front of the beach, at the side of Boathouse Restaurant

What to Bring
- Small backpack – so your hands are free
- At least 1.5L of water
- Snacks
- Comfortable walking shoes with good grip
- Sun protection (hat, sunblock)
- Swimwear (optional)
- Light coat just in case (in cooler months)
- Walking poles available on request

Good to Know
- All our guides are trained and have the ability to lead groups, they all carry a first aid kit and use walkie talkies to keep in contact with a back marker to make sure the group stays together and are safe. We also have strict departure and return procedure to ensure everyone is accounted for.
- We have liability insurance, but do not have medical insurance – this is your responsibility. The trip and your safety is your responsibility and you must ensure you are covered for this prior to coming on the walk.
