Sunset Walk – Salinas Salt Flats & Experimental Beach 18.15h

Join us for a magical sunset walk through one of Ibiza’s most iconic natural landscapes.

We start on a scenic back road near Experimental Beach, soon passing the beach itself with breathtaking views over the sparkling waters of Las Salinas. From there, we continue towards a hidden viewpoint overlooking the vast salt flats — the perfect spot to witness the sun melt into the horizon.

After soaking in the sunset, we walk back through the serene paths of the salt flats, returning to where we began, hearts full and spirits lifted.

• Date: Wednesday 27 August
• Time: 18:15h (approx. 2.5 hours)
• Distance: 7.5 km
• Rating: Easy+, mostly flat terrain but one steep climb up to the viewpoint

What to Bring

• Small backpack – so your hands are free
• At least 1.5L of water
• Snacks
• Comfortable walking shoes with good grip
• Sun protection (hat, sunblock)
• Swimwear (optional)
• Light coat just in case (in cooler months)
• Walking poles available on request
• A torch! The return part of this walk takes place after sunset, so it will begin to get dark. Make sure to bring a torch or headlamp so you can see the path clearly on the way back.

🐾 Dogs welcome! Socialised and well-behaved dogs are allowed, on leads when required (on roads and some beaches).

Good to Know

• All our guides are trained and have the ability to lead groups, they all carry a first aid kit and use walkie talkies to keep in contact with a back marker to make sure the group stays together and are safe. We also have strict departure and return procedure to ensure everyone is accounted for.
• We have liability insurance, but do not have medical insurance – this is your responsibility. The trip and your safety is your responsibility and you must ensure you are covered for this prior to coming on the walk.
