Join our guide Lia for this week´s “Wednesdays are PURE” community walk. Our walk will take us through stunning scenery, exploring the beautiful Es Broll valley. We will be walking through gorgeous countryside and follow a lovely stream for part of the way to the old grain mill, deep within the valley.
Once we arrive at the mill, we’ll take some time to soak up the tranquil surroundings and connect with the unique natural energy of this area. Lia will then lead us through a gentle and rejuvenating natural yoga session, which is suitable for all levels.
So join us on Wednesday morning for this special community walk, and give yourself a midweek boost of energy and inspiration!
Bring something light to do the yoga on – a thin blanket or a sarong will be fine!
