Kayaking is a really great way to explore
the island in a different and fun way.
Kayaking is a great way of seeing the island from a different view. When you embark on a Walking Ibiza kayaking trip you will see hidden caves with their natural treasures, secluded coves, stunning fishing huts and can go for a swim. Our trips are mind blowingly beautiful. From the moment you sit on top of your kayak with the deep blue sea beneath you and just a set of oars you will feel a sense of freedom and peace which can only be felt by being completely in nature.
Have you ever seen the sun disappear into the ocean whilst in the middle of natures biggest swimming pool? Then do the tour at sunset. Whilst the sun dips into the sea you will hear and experience the famous Benniras drums which is a truly unforgettable experience. We then head back around the rock so named the Finger of God and back to where we started in San Miguel.
As with all Ibiza Outdoors journeys, we will guide you along and give you as much or little local information and history as you would like.
Everybody can join!
After some instruction, we leave from the beach of San Miguel heading out on easy to use sit on top double kayaks. You will soon be paddling with ease, having great fun!
We kayak from San Miguel beach to Benirras and back. The full tour will last about 3 hours, you must be able to swim and be confident in open water.
We are also offering Community Sunset Kayak Experiences every Thursday & Saturday – BOOK VIA THE LINK BELOW
Ibiza is often confused with being a purely ‘party’ Island. Here at Walking Ibiza we are passionate about the REAL Ibiza and strive to show people the beauty that this iconic island holds. What better way to experience its treasures and natural beauty than from standing on your own 2 feet!
We’re in the business of…Sharing the story of Ibiza.
Here are just a few things you may not know about Ibiza:
Some spots on the Island are so sacred they are now protected and have been named as UNESCO World heritage site.
Ibiza emanates a magical energy mostly because it is grounded on a bed of crystals.
Ibiza is opposite the unique beauty of Es Vedra, the third most magnetic point in the world.
