Who is up for The BIG 1? Our NEW regular BIG WALK on the last Friday of each month will not disappoint, especially if you might have been over indulging during the festive period and need to stretch the legs.
We start from the quite village Portinax and first of all walk what Toby calls The Crystal Coast where we will find real Ibiza Crystals and enjoy this lovely coastline, after reaching Cala den Serra beach we head up into the hills, which in some parts is steep but you are quickly rewarded with amazing views looking down on the Portinax lighthouse and all the way to Mallorca on a clear day. Then taking the old San Vicente path we meander down the lush valley before resting at the Church. We finish by returning upwards though the valley and then loop around to Portinax and taking a well earned drink for sure!
Bring plenty of snacks, a good picnic lunch, 3 liters of water, loads of energy and smiles and lets get those legs walking! (we do not pass any shops to buy anything at!).
If you have thought about doing the Around The Island Adventure then this is a typical days walking, so come and experience the magic!

RATING: HARD
This is one of the few walks we rate as hard mainly due to the length which is about 25km and will take 6 – 7 hours depending on the group. There are some steep uphill and downhill sections, paths with loose stones underfoot but mainly its on good paths and small dirt roads.
DONATION: The Big Walks are by donation of 15€ per person. It’s important for us that the walks are accessible to all and if you are on a very tight budget then we also except exchanges like some nice chocolate, something home made or a hug!
